Denny Nakayama
Treasurer
With over 19 years of public accounting experience, he has worked extensively in various industries, including low-income housing, real estate development, and construction. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with a minor in Philosophy from the University of San Diego and a Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law. He is also a member of the Hawaii State Bar (inactive), is licensed as a certified public accountant (CPA) in Hawaii, and became a principal of N&K CPAs in 2019.

Dr. Lois Chiu
Director
Lois Chiu, MD is the Chief of Neonatology at Kaiser Moanalua Hospital for the past 15 years. She earned her medical degree at Upstate University in Syracuse, New York and completed her Pediatrics and Neonatology training at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Columbia University Children’s Hospital of New York. She has been practicing for over 2 decades. Caring for sick babies and the families has been her passion and it is what drives her to serve as RMHC Board Chair.
Lois is originally from Hong Kong but spent most of her childhood in New York City. As a child of an immigrant family and a first-generation college student, she understands what it means to work hard and pursue dreams previously thought impossible. After completing her training to be a NICU physician, she moved to Hawaii in 2009 to be closer to her husband’s family. She currently lives in Honolulu with her husband and 2 teenage daughters.

Natalie Fogle
Director
Executive VP and Exec Director of Real Estate & Facilities
Corporate Facilities, Bank of Hawaii
Natalie is responsible for the acquisition, maintenance and improvement of the bank’s one-million square feet of physical assets, which includes planning, construction and renovation.
Natalie joined Bank of Hawai‘i in 2010. She was promoted to vice president in 2014 and senior vice president in 2019 and executive vice president in 2024. She led the renovation and redesign of the bank’s corporate headquarters in downtown Honolulu, as well as its “Branch of Tomorrow” branch facilities modernization initiative. Her professional efforts have been recognized with the 2023 Pacific Business News “Women Who Mean Business” award.
An architect by trade, she owned her own architectural firm in San Francisco prior to joining the bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies and a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Utah.
Natalie’s commitment to the community is exemplified by her role as a board member of Junior Achievement in addition to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Hawaii.

Dr. Keith K. Ogasawara, MD
Director
Dr. Keith K. Ogasawara, MD, is a board-certified specialist in Maternal & Fetal Medicine with over 35 years of clinical experience. Born and raised in Hawaii, he earned his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine before returning home to practice in Hawaii.
Has served as the Chief of Staff at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center, where many of his patients were guests at the Ronald McDonald House.
Dr. Ogasawara is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and providing specialized care for high-risk pregnancies. His commitment to the health and well-being of Hawaii’s families aligns with the Ronald McDonald House mission of keeping families close during medical challenges.

Over 25 years of financial healthcare experience with 16 of those years in executive financial positions.
Working at KPMG after graduating from college provided me with the foundation for my career and obtaining my certified public accountant license (active license, inactive permit to practice.
Product of the Hawaii public school system graduating from McKinley High School and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Graduate of the Pacific Century Fellows program.
Active community volunteer serving on the Boards of the Susannah Wesley Community Center, Public Schools of Hawaii Foundation, McKinley Business Academy, and the Hawaii Baptist Academy Advisory Board.
Married for almost 30 years with 3 wonderful children.
